White Water Rafting Cornwall Is It Safe To Go White Water Rafting?

Is it safe to go white water rafting? - white water rafting cornwall

I want to go rafting, and I know it's dangerous, but it's something I really want. I have a history of convulsions and a Chiari malformation, but I think I'm good. I do it or not? Suggestions?

All in all, 100% guaranteed safe. Accidents can happen and occur. It is a part in the open.

I can remember only 2 things:

1) There are different degrees or rafting. The rapids are rated on a scale from Class 1 to 6 or 7. The upper end is unsurvivable - such as rafting, Niagara Falls. The lower end starts with small waves. However, the rapids of the same different estimates, depending on how much water is on the river at that time. If you are on a raft and paddle movement can sit, I think you should be able to manage Class 2, 3 fast. But I am no expert by any means.

2) Talk to your doctor and see what he / she recommends. You can always try the journey smooth (class 1-2 rapids) from, then from there. Each owner rafting reputation will ensure that you wear a life jacket and helmet. Talk to them about their conditions, and I wonder if you check the acceptance.

Understand that the person who is ultimately responsible for their ownEalth and well-being, and you must use a fair trial. Good luck!

Several years ago a company got into trouble in the sport. He had announced his insurance business. Today, each operator will say: "No, this activity was not sure .. Most of the deaths occurring in the Whitewater boys, alcohol is often involved and the lack of safety equipment. Helmet and PFD. Lifejacket. Notice not given a vest! raft If a company is probably not a problem
